All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

2. Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days
• International Orders: 7–14 working days

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000 within Pakistan.
• For orders below Rs. 3000, a Rs. 250 delivery charge will apply.
• International shipping rates depend on destination and parcel weight.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email.

5. Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Wrong or Damaged Item:
